Five Bridgewater-Raritan High School students were recognized for their efforts in athletics and in the classroom.
These five seniors were honored by various organizations and leagues as scholar athletes.
Dahlia Adams, who runs cross-country and indoor and outdoor track and field, was selected as the 2026 NJSIAA Scholar Athlete Award winner for Bridgewater-Raritan High School.
Each member school in the NJSIAA selects a varsity athlete to be honored at a ceremony on Sunday, May 17, at Pines Manor in Edison. Each NJSIAA award winner also receives a $500 scholarship.
Boys’ swimmer Jaden Lee and girls’ gymnast Lauren Yang were the male and female recipients of the 2026 Somerset County Interscholastic Athletic Association Senior Scholar Athlete Award for Bridgewater-Raritan High School. They will be honored at a ceremony on Wednesday, April 29, at the Bridgewater Manor.
Stephen Pikulin, who plays baseball and football, and swimmer Crystal Chen have been named the male and female 2026 Skyland Conference Scholar Athlete Award winners for Bridgewater-Raritan High School. They will be recognized at a ceremony on Monday, April 27, at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Bridgewater.
