All team fundraising requests should go from the coach to the Athletic Director/Administration for approval and submission through IncidentIQ.

The exception is Vertical Raise. Once the coach/AD has approved the Vertical Raise fundraiser, the request comes to PAC, and PAC submits it through Incident IQ.
