Staff ID badges on a district lanyard must be worn at all times on district property. To receive a badge your employment must be cleared by Human Resources and approved by the Board of Education. Your ID badge is also your keycard to unlock school main entry doors during normal building hours. Badges and lanyards are to be returned directly to the Wade Administration Building at the end of your employment, teaching assignment, or if going on temporary leave of absence.
To Receive an ID Badge and Lanyard
- Teachers hired during the Summer attending the New Hire Teacher Orientation in late August will be issued an ID badge during the orientation. Teachers hired mid-year may make an appointment.
- Other Staff: ID Badging dates are available at the Wade Building. Please make an appointment for the next available dates.
- If you are replacing a lost or damaged badge and do not need a new photo taken please create a Technology Help Desk ticket
