On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, the district will transition to Frontline’s Insights Platform. This will allow staff to seamlessly switch between Frontline applications (Aesop, IEP, 504, and Applitrack), providing a common view and navigation experience with a single sign on. Staff will be able to log into all Frontline applications using their Google login and password. The transition is scheduled to take place during the school day to allow any questions or concerns to be addressed as they arise.
The information below includes step-by-step instructions for logging into the platform as well as troubleshooting information. Substitute staff will receive a separate email regarding login procedures. Please read this information in its entirety.
Beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, staff will be able to log into any Frontline application using one of the following new methods:
District Sign-In Link
Access a district specific link by going to https://login.frontlineeducation.com/sso/brrsd and logging in with a Google account. The user will automatically be logged into Frontline at this link when logged into their Google account.

Frontline also provides a standard sign-in option at https://app.frontlineeducation.com.
From here, a user will select the link that reads “Or Sign in with Organization SSO,” enter their district email address, and click on Sign In.

Click on the Google Apps icon (waffle) to access the Frontline shortcut. Scroll down and select Frontline.
Selecting and Switching Applications
When you first log in using one of the new methods, you will be able to select an application to access.
From within an application, click on the application name in the top left corner to switch applications.
If you are an Aesop user with multiple roles, click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen to switch between user roles.
If you experience a technical issue related to logging into any Frontline system, please first close all open browser windows and then try again to log in. If you continue to experience issues, please submit a tech ticket and include the specific Frontline application you are attempting to access (Aesop, Applitrack, IEP, or 504). Questions or issues related to the use of any Frontline system will be directed to the appropriate department personnel.
